NOTE: All supporting documents should be original and not photocopied. Documents will be returned to applicant.
Applications with insufficient funds will be returned to the applicant, please be aware mailing fee will be deducted from the amount submitted.
Please note that the Consulate General, Miami, is responsible for processing applications received from persons resident in one of the following States: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Applications from persons resident in other States will be returned to the applicant, please be aware mailing fee will be deducted from the amount submitted.
